Mary Ibrahim
With more than ten years’ experience in the legal field, Mary has specialised in employment law and workplace relations since 2016. She represents national clients across various sectors including childcare, dental, veterinary, medical, pharmaceutical, retail, and professional services.
Mary’s experience includes assessing management liability and EPL coverage, advising on a range of employment law matters including contractor and employment contracts, deeds of release, modern awards and enterprise agreements, performance management, disciplinary processes, redundancies, workplace complaints and investigations, dismissals and other workplace disputes. Mary also has extensive litigation experience in unfair dismissal, general protection, discrimination, sexual harassment, and bullying claims. She regularly appears before the Fair Work Commission, Federal Court, Federal Circuit Court, and state and federal discrimination tribunals.
For the past few years, Mary has worked closely with a leading medical defence organisation, on a range of employment related matters and upskilling current employees to assist them to respond to workplace relations enquiries from their members.
