Lucas Vosch

Lucas has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law, working in Australia and South East Asia.

His experience covers unregulated and regulated corporate work (including extensive due diligence), foreign investment regulation and compliance, transactions and advisory matters, and general commercial work across various sectors including insurance, energy and infrastructure, technology, finance, property, medical, transport, and agribusiness. His experience includes working closely with tax advisers and external counsel, locally and overseas, on cross-border matters.

Lucas is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and has practised in jurisdictions across Australia including NSW, Western Australia, and Victoria.

Lucas enjoys applying his broad skillset to assist senior commercial stakeholders with transactions, transformative or ordinary course, and specific projects.
