Hayley Bowman
Hayley is a commercial lawyer with 20 years of years of experience and a particular interest in the healthcare industry.
She specialises in corporate and commercial law.
Before joining Meridian Lawyers, Hayley was Legal Counsel for registered not-for-profit, Movember Foundation. She advised the Foundation on all aspects of the Australian and New Zealand fundraising campaigns, in relation to the Foundation’s global Programs investment portfolio and Corporate Governance, regulatory compliance, management of the Foundation’s intellectual property and insurance portfolios, lease management and privacy matters.
Hayley has also worked domestically and internationally in private practice specialising in intellectual property, specifically advising clients on trade mark prosecution and pharmaceutical patent litigation.
