INSURANCE

During your employment at Meridian Lawyers you are provided with Salary Continuance insurance. This is a policy that protects your income if you are sick or injured and cannot work.

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM

Eligible staff may receive a cash incentive payment of $4000 if they refer an external candidate who is subsequently employed.

Graduate Program

Our graduate program is a full-time permanent opportunity known for its unique structure to support you to develop a strong foundation for a career in law. As a Law Graduate at Meridian, you will have the opportunity to work alongside highly regarded senior Lawyers and Principals who will provide you with guidance and mentorship. You will be exposed to a diverse range of challenging and interesting matters and work within a diverse and inclusive environment.
